These one day workshops are very informative.  The focus is on the father or birth supporter’s role in providing practical and emotional support to the woman giving birth.  The day includes: massage, physiology of labour and birth, relaxation, movements for labour, ways of focusing on breathing, birthing positions, discussion of pain in labour and other related topics.

Led by experienced birth educators: Nadine Edwards or Lee Seekings-Norman
Cost: £85 (£50 concession) for each pair. £100 (£75 concession) for woman and two birth partners.
