Prenatal, Postnatal and Baby classes, groups and workshops

Find pregnancy yoga classes with birth education, breastfeeding preparation classes and support, dads to be workshops, baby first aid, parent and baby yoga classes, baby and toddler music groups, baby massage and more at the friendly and welcoming Pregnancy and Parents Centre.

Through these, and our events and free drop in groups, we offer practical and emotional support to parents to be and young families to experience pregnancy, birth and parenthood with confidence.

Everyone is welcome, whatever your circumstances, background, sexual orientation, family makeup or beliefs. Many of our services are free and our sessions are run on a donation basis or a sliding scale of fees so that everyone is able to access our services. We also strive to make sure our classes are accessible to parents and parents to be with particular needs.

Our Range of Support Pathways

We provide a range of antenatal and postnatal classes and groups, free drop in groups, workshops and events to enable parents to be and new parents to have access to education, information, practical resources and support during this important time in families’ lives.
